Our platform provides a systematic and legally compliant process for handling allegations of copyright infringement. This policy is designed to protect the rights of copyright holders while ensuring that users have a fair opportunity to respond to any claims made against them.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in an unauthorized manner on our platform, you may submit a DMCA notice. Your notice must be submitted in writing and include the following essential elements:

  • Your complete contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
  • A clear identification and description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • A detailed description of the material you allege to be infringing, along with sufficient information for us to identify it on our platform.
  • A statement, made in good faith, affirming that the use of the material in question is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury, asserting that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

DMCA Takedown Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, GlintBloom will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the disputed material. We will notify the user responsible for uploading the content and provide them with an opportunity to respond through a counter-notification.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If the affected user believes the material was removed in error, they may file a counter-notification, which must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • The user's full contact information.
  • A declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal district court in their location, or any appropriate jurisdiction if outside the United States.
  • The user's physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Review Process

GlintBloom will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If the complainant does not initiate a legal action within a specified period, we may restore the removed content.
