At GlintBloom, we are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and service adjustments.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for cleaning services only if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service provided.
  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days after the service is completed.
  • We will first offer a free re-cleaning of the affected area. If you are still dissatisfied, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

2. Refund Exclusions

  • Refunds are not available for services that were properly completed according to the service agreement.
  • Refunds are not provided for complaints raised after 7 days from the date of service.
  • Refunds do not apply to:
    • Areas not included in the original cleaning agreement.
    • Issues caused by extreme conditions (e.g., excessive clutter, hazardous materials).
    • Services performed under special promotions marked as non-refundable.

3. Refunds for Prepaid Packages

  • Prepaid cleaning packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written notice.
  • If you are unable to continue using a prepaid package due to a valid reason (e.g., relocation), please contact us to discuss potential solutions.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

5. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your service details and a clear description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 days.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are not happy with the cleaning service provided, please allow us the opportunity to make it right.
